My wife and I are likely moving into a new home. The house isn't perfect, its older and frankly full of wallpaper that we don't love, but inspections are confirming that most projects are within our scope/budget and we love the space.

BIGGEST issue is it smells AWUL like pet urine or wet pet. We plan to remove all the carpets and wallpapers professionally, and then have a professional cleaning service do a bio-enzymatic cleaning on the walls, ceilings, floor, everything and then do the painting and replace the carpet after the cleaning.

Anyone have recommendations?
