I just noticed an about a nickel sized lump in my dogs ear. It is hard to the touch and has little bumps on it. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him unless I touch it. He is 12 and often gets fatty deposits but those are usually squishy. I just noticed it today and have an appointment for tomorrow but am very worried can anyone help in identifying what it could be?
