Call whisper was great for onboarding until my rep stopped thinking for himself ha-ha.
Rep was doing well in weeks 2 and 3 with live coaching. MightyCall's whisper feature works exactly as advertised - problem is I used it too consistently and now he hesitates on every call waiting for my cue. I didn’t mean to train her to rely on me. Any tips for building confidence?
