Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing well despite everything. I realized that Red Eagle Law has filed a class action lawsuit against these cruel and unlawuful policies in the Northen District of California. Hopefully they will win and get relief for everyone, like they did in many group and individual cases!

This is geat that we now have two lawsuits that try to get rid these policies with two different legal approaches (traditional class action and non-profits asking for vacatur+universal injunction).
