What to do when IT can't get their stuff figured out and you need to assist a customer remotely
Just what the title says, they can't even use QuickAssist on their laptops, is there anyway that is simple straightforward with minimal hardware/software?
I should have been clearer. Everything is locked down like Fort Knox. Their laptops don't even have the USB ports enabled.
There is a Phoenix Contact unmanaged switch in every main panel. I just don't know what piece of hardware might be able to use their wireless network and plug into the Phoenix switch to reach the PLC.
