MassPay → “Ask WOW Vegas.”
WOW Vegas → repeats the same script.
MassPay → repeats the same line.
My account is fully verified, everything should work, but the payout is blocked because a simple feature (“Cards & Accounts”) isn’t activated — and each side insists the other one has to push the button.
