Spent over a week waiting on customer service to finally answer me in new portal to confirm I canceled my account, they did and yet… they charged me again anyway. Well, tried to. I declined it with temp card.

You can’t cancel on your own, so you have to ask customer service to do it, they confirm, yet charge you anyway. Keep an eye on your statements, especially if you’re under the impression your account has been canceled!
