I am 10 months pp and my scar is quite raised and red - is this normal? I worry I did too much early on. I do massage it but didn’t start until closer to 7 months pp as I didn’t know I needed to be doing that, and tbh I do it quite infrequently
I have a 10 month old who up until about 4 months could sleep independently basically all night but then it got progressively worse, leading to co sleeping. I’m not against the co sleeping at all and love many elements BUT my baby will not sleep by himself for more than 30 mins. I can handle this for daytime naps but nighttime is destroying me, I never get time to myself/with my partner 😭 I can’t help but feel so envious seeing mums online or in person saying how their babies take 1.5 hour naps or sleep through the night, etc
Guess I’m just needing some encouragement that I’m doing the right thing, it’s feels like no end in sight at the moment!
