How to prepare for ae lab exam? I don't have sources to learn from or have assignments code and connections.

does not having a 9+ cgpa matter a lot? I have heard both sides from people that most good companies you will be not allowed to sit and its really imp to have and maintain 9+ cos what's the point if you are not eligible for those ones and some say that only a few companies put up that criteria and it doesn't really matter that much. Well I am in sem2 with 8.75 sgpa(sem1)
