Recently cheated on my wife while on a business trip. Mixed emotions. Enjoyed it, but certainly felt guilt. Not sure how to feel or move on

While traveling in a different country, I was eating solo at an outdoor restaurant. There was a woman at a nearby table that had a reserved sign on it. I figured she was waiting for her group, so I ignored her. Eventually she struck up conversation and asked if she could join me. She was also traveling for work. We started talking and flirting. She eventually started kissing me at the table and putting my hand up her skirt. We eventually went back to my hotel.
