(SOLVED)

I'm using a RX 6600 GPU, i've been trying to get this solved since yesterday. It keeps on using my CPU by default, i've tried many github fixes, installed many exes, nothing seems to work, so I came here to ask the people that know what they are doing. HOW can i fix this? How can i use 100% GPU instead of 100% CPU?
