Fidelity Retirement Tool Measures

I no longer see a Fidelity Retirement Score (FRS). I only see projected, what "you could have" monthly income and what you may need income. Both of these should be after taxes. Then there is a confidence score which is a dial. Even when I model income in excess of what I "may need" income the confidence score is below 100%. It takes excessive savings to move the confidence score from 87 to 92 and shows significant surplus at the end in all market conditions. Is the confidence score really a Monte Carlo score? I don't see how the confidence score relates to the projected income stream.
