Made a tool for FBLA advisors - would love feedback

Hey r/fbla, I've been working on a tool the past few months called ChapterOps after watching my advisor juggle like five different spreadsheets and Google Forms to run our chapter.

It tries to put the whole thing in one place: roster, dues, officer apps, meeting check-ins (QR code), trip rooming and permission slips, BAA tracking, competitive event assignments, and a scoreboard for chapter points.

Free to use. I built it for my own chapter so I'm biased, but I'd love to know what's missing or what would actually be useful for your advisor.

DECA Advisor Tool

Hello, over the past couple of months I've been working on building a tool to help streamline chapter efficiency as well as make the life of Advisors easier. This tool includes things like:

CSV roster import with AI column mapping

Trip operations, rooming, buses, permission slips, per-student schedules

Meeting QR self-check-in

Officer Roles, applications

DECA competitive event catalog, roleplay practice log, cluster exam prep

Blazer checkout

Trip-day emergency mode (allergies, parent phone, room #)

Messaging — push, SMS, email

It also supports FBLA, HOSA, FFA, SkillsUSA, BPA, FCCLA, and TSA.
