Block 75 lease takeover
My friend and I are looking for two people to take over our leases for two bedrooms in a Ballston A (4-bedroom) apartment at Block 75 for the 2026–2027 lease term.
Rent is $990 per month per bedroom, and the lease runs from August 22, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
The apartment is located near UAlbany and is co-ed friendly. The rent includes a fully furnished apartment, Wi-Fi, water, gas, in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C and heating, and access to the building amenities.
This could be a good fit for two friends looking to live together or for individual students seeking off-campus housing close to campus.
