This started today. I lay him down and he will at times turn on his left side a bit and hyperflex his upper back. Almost to a 90 degree angle so that he is looking above his head. Is this cause for concern? Can he hurt gus back this way?

A man is in some sort of building and there is a fat, grotesque monster in a blue dress(a woman that transformed?) And I believe it kills him offscreen. Like behind a door with an opaque window like in one of those PI offices
That is all I have. It gave off an anthogy vibe lile Creep Show where it seemed like a short story. Like there wasnt much to it.
