Im really new on reddit but not actually underedtand the main reason why some communities dont let me publish anything because im new, one side they say new account on the other they say no karma, some talk about upvotes, so i dont really underestand.

Also I see open profiles, other closed like you cant reach. Would like to underestand how this works
