I’ve been on my adhd meds (Wellbutrin) for 1 month now, had some wonky starting symptoms like tension headaches and vivid dreams but so far it’s dramatically improved the quality of my life.

I’m 5’8F, 178lbs.

I don’t track calories anymore but I’d do have a general idea of how much protein and water I consume.

Im very worried about my weight. And today my dr prescribed phentermine 37.5mg?

She also offered to up my dose of Wellbutrin to 300mg?

I declined the Wellbutrin upping since I’m comfortable where I’m at, but I accepted the phentermine.

I’m nervous about taking it as they’re both stimulants and I don’t do well with anxiety. But I’m looking to lose 25lbs or so.

Has anyone tried this combo and have honest feedback? I’m hesitant.
