So, is it likely to have non vm migraines as well as vm ones? I've had 3 distinct migraines with the vertigo but I think I am also having some without.. unless its a 'normal' headache but regular headache meds not seeming to do much so is there a definitive qualifier between 'regular headache' and migraine if not having the vertigo?

Edit: this was a weird one for me as thus far my episodes had all surrounded that time of the month for me, but this time was not.. I figured if it kept to the pattern of being at that time of month at least I would have some warning/be expecting it since had figured it was just hormone induced but being in perimenopause I guess those fluctuations can really occur just any time so I can't predict it.. =(
