My new setup!
Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to r/laundry! I used to just buy whatever bulk liquid detergent was cheapest per ounce. The difference is night and day! My clothes feel and look so much better.
Left to right:
-STPP (we have very hard water and this made one of the most noticeable differences)
- Biz
- Tide Clear and Gentle
- Gear Guard DNase
- Tide Clean Boost (I switch between using this and mixing my own citric acid solution in bulk)
- 365 Stain Remover
- Cellulose (only use this on occasion, mostly for a spa day of a pilling comforter or other cotton garment).
On top of the Biz box is a 3d printed scoop I made so my wife has an easier time dosing if I’m gone. It’s sized so that for a regular load it takes 1/2 scoop STPP, 1 scoop Biz, and 2 scoops Tide.
Only thing I need now is a second detergent without OBAs (can’t get my hands on 365 sport!) please let me know if you have any recommendations.
Edit: Going to try to get 365 Unscented powder for my darks. Still having trouble sourcing it! Any other recommendations for powders without OBAs are appreciated!
