Is my account gone? Original email no longer accessible and forms deny me
I signed up for an Xbox account on an Xbox 360 Arcade I don’t even know how many years ago. My original email was a Yahoo account, I tried to login to it tonight and I’ve been told by Yahoo that the account had been deleted due to inactivity, I tried to remake it using the original email but it now has to be a MyYahoo account, so it ends in @myyahoo.com. I try going through the forms, but I’ve been denied consistently throughout the past 2 years. I remember everything they ask except the last 4 digits and expiration date of a credit card belonging to my deceased grandmother, that I used multiple times when I was maybe 13? I’m 30 now. I can’t get the assistance of anyone at Microsoft, all of their support is automated/AI and can’t help me. Im genuinely at my wits end on anything I can do, I can verify the address the Xbox was used at, even the times I took it to my friends house, any personal information, just anything but those specific card numbers. If anyone can help in any way I would be extremely grateful.
