Headaches…anyone else?

I’m 11w today and all of a sudden the past two days I’ve had a headache almost constantly. It feels very similar to the headaches I get on my period so I’m assuming it’s hormonal. Anyone else have these? I’m trying to avoid meds but idk how much longer I can make it.

My husband saw this popular tip to add this to Greek yogurt for a high protein sweet treat. He offered me a taste and I was about to eat it when I asked if he checked it was gf. Lo and behold…barley! They don’t have to list barley as an ingredient, right? So this makes me wonder what else it could be hiding in. And reminds me to never grow lazy in checking labels!
