Anyone know why Napier Road Tesco car park and Napier Road itself are gridlocked? Been stuck in the car park for 20 mins so far and still nowhere near the exit. I've never seen it like this before.

I tried to find a thread, but alas none to be found. Yesterday I got caught up in a very large police presence around McDonald's on Oxford Road. There were three vans, a patrol car and lots of policemen doing police things. I'm very nosey, and wondered what was going on there. No police helicopter that I could see, sorry.
