Is this a bed bug bite or am I paranoid?

I was laying in my parents bed when I noticed a bug crawling on my shirt, I got up and tried to kill it but it crawled on my arm and seemingly disappeared
I noticed this bite just now and I didn't have this just 30 minutes earlier and I'm worried it's a bed bug bite
it is slightly painful if I press down on it and as of now the bumps have been rising more
any comments and thoughts are appreciated 😓
