NCLEX Form 2F – Education Section for Applicants Who Attended Two Nursing Schools

Is there any NCLEX passer here who has been to two nursing schools?
I’m currently filling out Form 2F, and I’m confused about the Education section. I studied:
- 3 years at FEU
- 1 year at OLFU (where I graduated)

The form seems to have limited space, and I’m not sure if I should only put the school where I graduated (OLFU) or include both universities since I earned nursing credits from FEU as well.
For those who transferred schools before graduating:
- What did you put in the Education section?
- Did you list both schools or just your graduating school?
- Did you have any issues with eligibility or document processing because of it?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who went through the same situation. Thank you! 😊
