Does anything just have patches on their scalp? I have two patches like this all the time nothing ever helps

I’m an active 32yo female. I’ve always struggled with skin problems since I was 15ish. Right now my face isn’t an issue and there’s minimal breakouts on it. However, my neck and chest are generally ALWAYS covered. My back has few breakouts as well. It’s literally just these areas. I’m hoping someone out there has a magical trick for me that isn’t accutane. I don’t want to go on it because I don’t want to be on birth control and I have psoriasis that I know will be triggered terribly by accutane. Someone be my savior!! It was clear maybe 2 weeks ago for 2 days randomly then this is how it is today. There’re pretty much all white heads to start then are just read dots. Can be itchy at times. Not sure if it’s important but seems to be exacerbated by exercise and I’m someone that gets BEET red with any form of cardio.

Things I’ve tried.
-hibiclens
-benzoyl peroxide
-selsum blue
-low dose doxycycline
-currently on fluconozole
-spironolactone (did help but gave me periods every other week)
-triple cream rosacea meds
-clindamycin

Any other ideas? Or am I destined for accutane?

Can someone help me understand this stitch? The pink outline of this rock says it needs to be a couch stitch. I’ve never done that before and everything I see online is for embroidery not for outlining in a cross stitch. What is the benefit of this over a back stitch? Any tips? I simply can’t wrap my head around it 😅 please help thank you! ❤️

6 week old puppy covered in these. Baby ticks? Fleas? Located in Richmond va

2.5 years later I’m finally done with most of the stitching. I still have to go back and overlay glitter stitch to the snow and trees and backstitch everything. There is also supposed to be French knot stars in the sky that I think I am going to leave out- I like the way the sky looks!

This project has consumed me 😅
