I finally just got my spring OSAP confirmed by the school but the estimated release is May 28-June 1. Since tuition is due May 25, what is the late fee like?

I applied for the part time OSAP for the spring/summer a month ago but still haven’t gotten any updates to my status. It currently still says that I need the school to provide information about my program and education-related costs.

Is there an email I can contact to ask about this? When I went to mac’s website it only offers the drop in services and RO student services. The drop ins are not feasible for me because I’m not in Hamilton right now. I waited in the queue for the RO services for the last 2 hours and still haven’t been able to speak to anyone.

I would try waiting for the RO services again but I will be working during their operating hours for the next few days.
