I made takikomi gohan with extra steps and ingredients. It has salmon, fried tofu pouches, various mushrooms, corn, and spinach. All with brown koshihikari rice. Ate that with a side of pumpkin salad. Bonus photo of my little thieves swooping in for a nibble.
