How Long Does It Actually Take To Process A Deceased Loved One's Tax Return With Form 1310 Attached To It?

I filed my deceased father's tax return after his passing and his tax return was accepted the same day, 01/26. It's been more than a couple of months now and once I called the IRS, they said I need to mail in OR fax in the form 1310 but I already filed the 1040 with the form 1310 attached to it, I am expecting a refund due as well. I filed his return with FreeTaxUsa. What should I do? Should I call the Taxpayer Hardship Advocate Hotline to get the return moving faster or what? Please help me 🙏🏾

P.S: The WMR(where's my refund) says "your tax return is still being processed. a refund date will be provided when available. no further action required is needed from you at the moment"
