Does anyone know where to get bulk meal replacement drinks? I use Ensure but it cost so much and I go through it within a few days. I don’t currently have NDIS funding to buy any so it’s all out of pocket.
Hi, I’m 90% sure I have Gastroparesis (I haven’t a lot of conditions that can cause it eg. EDS, FND) but I haven’t been diagnosed because I live rural and gps take 2-3 weeks to get an appointment with (specialists take months). I can’t wait that long to find out what I can eat, I’m loosing weight and strength and can’t do basic things without becoming exhausted or passing out. I’m drinking soup, veg juice and protein shakes to get by but it’s not enough. What should I drink to replace food? It takes me 30 to drink a cup of anything.
