Been having a problem when using wired headphones. While playing a game the sound will just fade into silence as though the volume has been turned down when it’s not changed. Putting the volume up or down does nothing, still just silence. The only temporary fix is to unplug the headphones and put them back again but the same issue always occurs.

Have restarted the console, checked for updates, tried different headphones and it still happens. Any experience with this? Any suggestions? Appreciate it.
