As u all know BIT Mesra is removing HS from this year so i can only get mechanical there.
My other option at this range are

1. NIT Jamshedpur production/metallurgy
2. Bit Patna CSE
3. NIT Ap Civil
   Please suggest any other options if u know of.
   My parents are suggesting me to take NIT Jsr
