So yeah for the first time in our friendship my best friend/FP(I just recently learned about the concept) said that she needs a break from our relationship. I understand the reason which is my behavior during my recent split which was the worst one I have ever had. I was extremely suicidal and aggressive and I get that It was very tiring for her but now that we are on a break I just feel empty inside and extremely lonely.

Any tips on how to cope?
