Help me clean my new boat???

I purchased a 2008 Alumacraft Navigator from an older guy who had it in winter wrap all of last year on the coast. All the wiring works, engine works, and the hull looks good, but a lot of the accessories (light ports, seat bases) are heavily corroded. They are still firmly in place and work fine, just don’t look great.

What is the best thing to use to clean this level of mess on the aluminum and to remove the rust stains without affecting the carpet adhesive or the carpet itself?

I’ve seen vinegar and specialized marine cleaning products mentioned in the AI responses. I have a light electric pressure washer I could use. What actually works before I go buying a bunch of random cleaners, and at what point is it easier to replace the part. For instance the hatch compression latches I plan to just replace with something that fits in the same rough in hole.

Buddy 50 idles for a few mins then stalls.

2015 buddy 50. Sat for 2 years after limited use. Had added stab-l which gummed up petcock. Trying to get it going to sell. Cleaned the carb, adjusted idle screw, replaced battery. Let seafoam soak in tank for a few days.

Didn’t tighten jets enough after cleaning. They fell out. Lots of white smoke. Opened it up, recleaned carb, tightened jets. Now it starts every time but after a minute or two it stalls at idle. Adjusting idle screw doesn’t seem to matter. What’s next. Replace fuel and vacuum lines to petcock? Replace fuel filter?

What are my chances selling it below market? Parts aren’t pricey for someone with more motivation to get it working. Everything else about it works.
