Holla senior in car,

Im a guy who just recently had to bought a new car which I pick saga mc3, for someone who.. have no idea about car.. how do you get ready or know when some parts are in need of maintenance? Is it by mileage or by how long is the car has been used? I know the basic for oil engine/filter which needs changes every 10k km.

But other than that.. I have no idea. I watch Zarif dah kira and theres wear and tear, but when exactly is the times when the parts reach its tear period? How long does let say 4AT transmission last?(I have no idea what im saying) I believe you guys understand what Im trying to ask here.
