SM issues
I debated on posting here for a long time so here it goes!! I just want to see if anyone’s store manager is as crazy as mine is!! I have a lot of health issues and wanted to start out at part time… when the schedule came for my first shifts I was scheduled full time. I asked my SM and she said “just work it and see how you like it you’ll be fine” . This is my first “real job” under a corporate. Well eventually she manipulated me to become shift lead and I’m realizing how horrible she actually is. She doesn’t even clock in 30 hours a week. She doesn’t do any resets. She doesn’t help put away truck. She doesn’t have our schedules up on time. She is absolutely horrible and degrading to her employees as well and just sits in the back office on her phone all day!! Not to mention the one lady I work with people avoid the store if she’s working here because she’s so crazy!Anyways I’m trying to cut down my hours and honestly it’s been a fight with my SM she told me she was in the back room crying about it and that I ruined her night! That whole previous week before I had been leaving early and in tears everyday due to my pain. She has no sympathy for her employees and doesn’t care as long as she doesn’t have to do any work!!! I also found out she was taking time out for 30 minute breaks whether I got them or not. I just want to know is this typical behavior from SM?
