It’s like they looked at all of our surveys and chose to do the fucking opposite of what we all asked for them to do better. How in the fuck are any of us supposed to survive as beauty advisors when they are cutting our hours left and right while hiking up sales goals!! It’s like they looked at our surveys just to get fucking ideas on how to make our lives more miserable working here. I’m appalled and disgusted that instead of investing in their workers, they would rather spend money on dumb ass shit like unnecessary marketing, a fucking handheld device that practically no one uses, dumbass apps upon apps, etc. They do not care about us one bit!! They would rather employees quit than give us a livable wage or hours!! I can speak for so many people when I say that this is a fucking outrage!!
