Need to take action against RWA
I live in Bangalore and have a 3 years old son. He was hit by a kid riding cycle carelessly in the apartment. Ended up getting stitches and a permanent mark on his cheek.
I asked the RWA (registered in Karnataka) to take action and implement safety measures such as imposing fines or marking cycling area etc. They didn't do anything about it.
A week ago, this happened again. This time it was another kid and he hit both my wife and son but thankfully the injury wasn't significant.
I emailed the RWA asking them to take action. They're silent.
What should I do? I'm considering sending a legal notice. I have CCTV footage of both incidents.
If I should send a legal notice, how much should I pay the lawyer and what should I demand for? Is it fair to ask for compensation? I don't need money but it should make the RWA realize the consequence.
