Just got rotors and pads done on my subaru outback from a local shop. A week later I start hearing a clunk under the drivers side. I thought there's no way a control arm gave out or something, but come to find my caliper falling off. I'm assuming it should be towed back to the shop? Do I ask for a full fix and refund? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I've never had to deal with a fuck up this big before.

I had a tree take out my service line and masthead. After my electrician finished, he said the energy company would have to come back to finish up. The energy company sent out a single guy (no truck, tools or anything). He looked at for 5 seconds and said "nope, you're all good" then left. I'm assuming they had to cut a bit of the line and they don't want to run a new drop to correct the splice?
