Hi everyone,

I recently applied for Bain’s Consultant position as an experienced hire and was invited to complete a TestGorilla assessment.

I ended up submitting the test very close to the deadline, mainly because I was also going through interview processes with two other Tier 2 consulting firms at the same time, which took up a lot of my time and energy.

I’m wondering whether submitting the assessment at the last minute could negatively affect my progression with Bain. Do recruiters or hiring teams typically factor in how early or late the assessment is completed, as long as it is submitted before the deadline?

Would appreciate any insights from people who have gone through Bain’s experienced hire process or similar consulting recruitment processes. Thanks!
