For those of yall that play arena, i recently starting trying out fan the hammer on vayne and my god is it so good. Each bolt of it applies a stack of W at full effect and if you manage to highroll double tap(additional on-hits on crit) you can get it where each bolt of fan the hammer will fully proc the W true damage.
