Perk decks feel compromised by the ability to share between classes.

One thing I feel is missing from Rogue Core's roguelike runs is class-specific upgrades. In a game like Roboquest, you're not just getting passive perks and weapon upgrades, but class upgrades that change how your character themselves operates. In Rogue Core, most of the bio-booster perks are generic bonuses because they're designed to be used on any class. I feel like changing these to more class-specific upgrades (or introducing them as additional options) would allow for even more variety within a run. While workbenches have some of this, they're still pretty basic perks rather than anything that really changes your gameplay.
