Etruria Canal Festival

Did anyone else go to the Etruria Canal Festival today/planning on going tomorrow?

It was really good, pretty narrow boats, loads of stalls, live music, good turnout, good choice of food (I had Gyros 🤤)

A little bit of joy

Hi folks, just thought I'd share a little bit of joy despite all that's going on.

4 years ago I came out and as a result was told to leave the marital home.

Fast forward... last week I moved into my own place and today the divorce was finalised.

I've been on hrt for 2.5 years, have found beautiful friends & life couldn't be better (ok a million quid would be nice but hey!)

Recommendation: Venus fish bar up Hanley, duck

Having moved back to the area yesterday, I treated myself to tea from Venus and I thoroughly enjoyed it, looking forward to trying out other eateries around here 😁

1st time getting a reply from my MP

I wrote to my MP re the ADF's hate pressure campaign on Park Run

I've written before about all sorts of things but this is the 1st time I've had a reply.

She's a Tory but I'm moving out of this constituency soon
