I'm struggling a bit with my AC. I just replaced the Evaporator after a crack in the previous one left my entire system empty and needed to recharge the whole system. I've done all the correct steps, evacuated the system, used the fancy manifold gauges, and everything goes exactly as expected... until I start the car and start adding refrigerant. When I do, as soon as the compressor engages, the high side line violently disconnects at the press fitting, spraying UV dye everywhere. I checked the O-rings and everything is as good or better than it was when i started. This was only a press fit before I replaced the part and worked for years without a hitch. I can't for the life of me figure out what's going wrong. Any advice?
