Art portfolio

I'm trying to many things at once by opening up an etsy shop, trying to get into artist alley (I only have 1 pop-up confirmed in December). I do plan on debuting as a vtuber on the fall but I want to make art my full time thing. Mostly for Illustrative work/Concept art but I feel like having a carrd portfolio with a mix of everytbing is bad? 🤔 maybe? Should I make a whole other portfolio or just change it up to get noticed?

So I few questions to ask but before hand let me add more context:

I have a scale, packaging, thermal printer, etc... and of course nore importantly my items (and no I do not use AI). I made keychains, stickers and badge pins (thus far), but I was kind of wondering before opening up my shop if I needed anything else to go before hand?

*I may need to add a proper TOS and I was wondering what all I should have for it?
