Would a King of Angels with two Sequence 1 characteristics be stronger than two separate Sequence 1 Beyonders?" [COI general]

I was recently thinking, how could the angels of Earth use their full potential? Due to the existence of multiple GOOs on Earth now, there are a lot of Sequence 1 characteristics to spare. So I was wondering: is a KoA with two Sequence 1 characteristics stronger than two Sequence 1 Beyonders?

Narratively, in LOTM, a KoA should be stronger, but it didn't appear to be the case in the final battle. Otherwise, why would the Outer Deities prefer having multiple Sequence 1s under them instead of KoAs?

The luckiest person when it comes to mentors, she learn shaping from a supreme (the most talented one at that) she learn runic sorcery from another supreme ( the best at that too), she learn how to awaken naturally from a supreme, how to ascend from the dreamspawn (at least helped her) and how to transcend from yet another supreme. And how to use bow from the best Archer.

Like wtf how do you get every supreme to teach you something??
