I want to use my old devices for storage

I don't know if it's possible or not but hear me out

I have 6 phones, 1 laptop

Storage on each: 16+32+64+64+8+128 (GB) Laptop: 128 GB

In total excluding system files and stuffs I have around 300 GB Free storage

I can manually store files in each device but I want to make a linked connection between them which I can easily access and upload files to from my laptop and main phone

Additionally I want to be able to access those files from my laptop and main device too

I know this is asking too much but I wanna know if it's possible or not

I have watched multiple home server videos but they are too complicated and expensive

New to linux. Need some apps suggestions

Hello I'm new to linux it's been around one week since I shifted from windows 10 to linux mint cinnamon I Need some apps/applets suggestions

My main requirement right now is an Open Source YouTube Music Client Music Streaming App - I use outertune in my phone and want something similar for my desktop too

And please share which site/app you guys use to watch movies, series, anime and of course it should be free and if possible ad free. Ads are everywhere but if possible should be able to bypass it with brave browser

And others I'll leave to the community Please share your favorite apps or something that you think will be useful

I want to experiment with my setup

My Linux Mint Setup

Just switched to linux yesterday.

It's soooooo smoothhh

On windows I could hardly use YouTube(that too the web version) It literally took 1 minutes to load YouTube (I had a screen recording that I sent to my friend I'll post it if I find it)

On Linux it takes about 2 to 5 seconds maximum which is literally 30 to 12 times faster

I can use around 5 to 10 application at the same time Can manage around 5 to 10 workspace (by application I meant lightweight apps like file manager, terminal, browser, YouTube, office apps etc)

Honestly I'm so impressed that when I buy a fast and good laptop later I'll dualboot it with maybe mint or ubuntu then I'll learn arch and others in virtual machine)

I haven't tried running virtual machine in my current mint set up but I don't think it can handle that I'm saying this cause I installed Waydroid (it's a Android virtual machine or launcher) and it gave me some lags when opening. It worked fine later but made my system slow so I removed that.

I can't post the video here so I'll maybe post the screen recording in another post and paste link here

I need a simple app for my work It'll be a collage app basically

But with some touchups

I don't need the sign-in auth Just need a simple plain app with some custom features

DM if you're interested
