Please share your top 5 restaurant or fast food joint recommendations ?

Hi all, first time brewer here.

Started F1 on 9th May. Three jars, all with tea + sugar + SCOBY+starter liquid

Today is day 9 and they all look quite different from each other. Could you please have a look and let me know if they're fine?

Jar 1 — Black tea from India. Lots of bubbles forming on top but pellicle looks thin.

Jar 2 — Another black tea variety (Red Label). Pellicle dots are biggest here and starting to connect.

Jar 3 — Black tea + spearmint. Dot formation all over the surface.

Why do they all look so different even though they were brewed the same day with the same method?

Same room temp (around 20–24°C), same ratio of tea/sugar/water. Only the tea variety differs.

Also — when do you think each should be ready to bottle for F2? Travelling in 3 days so trying to plan.
