Is this good for my age??
I‘m 14 ,almost 15, and I’ve been lifting for around 8 months with free weights and a bench. I am 5’11 and a half and 155 pounds and I look like I don’t work out at all. I can only dumbbell bench 35 on each side for 8-10 reps or 40 for 5-8 reps. is this good for my age and weight? I don’t know if it is because of me hitting puberty and growing or if it’s my diet, which isn’t great, so please help if you can. Also my split is PPL/UL.
