I have been having a horrible time trying to use my two anniversary credits on the iphone 17e. When I signed up it stated that it was on ANY 5G phone per line. I can use it on the soft pink and white iphone 17e, but the black just shows up full price and that's the one that I want. I have been dealing with this for over a week now and have been told: It doesn't work on apple products, that it's only on select phones, that I don't have an anniversary credit, that software engineering team will do something on the backend, that everything has been solved (it still hasn't) and now I'm being told that it is not per line and per account and that once I use one it will remove the other. What can I do at this point?
