I bought a pre selling property at Bria Homes 4 years ago, until now construction of the units to the block where my unit located is not yet started and they cannot give me an estimated date when it will be completed.

I am thinking of demanding a full refund as it was paid in full. Is there anyone here who has experienced the same with Bria and how the refund process goes and how long does it take?

Any suggestions, best approach in this kind of situation?
